The LAS DUELAS RESTAURANT offers a varied selection of dishes, ranging from Rioja style cuisine, based on regional recipes and produce, to more creative proposals, with a perfect balance between Classicism and innovation. Meals are served in the cloisters of this former monastery, now converted into a hotel, in a centuries-old stone wall ambiance.

The head chef: The restaurant is overseen by Juan Nales Rückauer, a talented chef with a passion for Riojan modern-day cuisine. After years of experience and training with top chefs such as Luis Irízar and Pedro Suijana, amongst others, Juan has now undertaken the pleasurable task of offering guests a high quality cuisine and professional service.
